We provide a project design manager for each project to communicate with our clients directly all through the design and construction plan development phase. During this phase, our design team that are very knowledgable in the current California building codes will take into factor the local and state building code requirements for each project.

For over the last 25 years, we have use Myles Nelson McKenzie Design for design and developing our construction plans for our projects. Whether the project is a small room addition, to an existing residence, a ADU for the rear yard or new custom home. We have found, Myles and his team too fulfill our needs for the development of our construction plans.

Build

With the project scope well established from the construction plans. It’s time to set project budget and the start dates along with the project completion dates. Additionally, we will take care of the paperwork, the final construction plans and permits – for our clients.
