Jeff Goodrich brings more than 32 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, custom home building, and disaster reconstruction throughout California. His career began by helping rebuild homes and businesses after the devastating Oakland Wildfire, shaping a lifelong commitment to quality craftsmanship, resilience, and helping families restore what matters most.
Over the decades, Jeff has led projects ranging from custom homes and major renovations to additions, ADUs, and fire restoration. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and practical approach, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Jeff believes that every successful project starts with listening to the homeowner's vision and building with the same care and pride as if it were his own home.
Derek Gebo
Derek Gebo brings more than 20 years of experience as a designer, builder, and residential contractor. With a passion for creating homes that reflect each family's lifestyle, Derek works closely with homeowners to guide them through every stage of the design and construction process.
Known for his collaborative approach, Derek takes the time to educate clients on layouts, materials, finishes, and design options so they can make informed decisions with confidence. He personally assists with product selections and showroom visits, helping homeowners create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. His commitment to communication, craftsmanship, and personalized service ensures every project is thoughtfully planned and expertly built from concept to completion.
Jaden Goodrich
Jaden Goodrich grew up in the construction industry, developing a passion for building from an early age. With more than 10 years of hands-on job site experience, including the last five years working alongside his father, Jeff, Jaden has gained extensive knowledge across every stage of residential construction, from concrete and foundations to complete custom homes.
Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and approachable personality, Jaden enjoys working directly with homeowners to make the construction process clear, collaborative, and as stress-free as possible. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service helps ensure every project is built with care and every client's vision becomes a place they are proud to call home.
