Jeff Goodrich and Derek Gebo have a long history of collaboration dating back to 2005, when they joined forces to build custom homes from the ground up—including excavation, planning, engineering, and navigating city and county approvals. Their shared passion for quality craftsmanship led them to start a successful remodeling business serving the greater Southern California area, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and complete home renovations. Now, Jeff and Derek are excited to merge their talents once again to provide construction services across the entire state of California. Focusing on ADUs, additions, full home remodels, and new custom-built homes, they are especially committed to serving burn zone areas like LA and Altadena. With deep expertise in Net Zero Carbon Footprint building and a proprietary process designed to help prevent future fire damage, Jeff and Derek are ready to bring innovative, sustainable, and resilient homes to their clients.

Jeff brings over 32 years of hands-on experience in disaster reconstruction and custom home building throughout California. His journey began with helping rebuild homes and businesses affected by the Oakland Wildfire, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to restore and create safe, beautiful spaces. Jeff is committed to making sure every project is done right and stays on budget, giving our clients peace of mind every step of the way.
Derek Gebo
Derek Gebo brings 20 years of experience as a designer, builder, and contractor. Passionate about guiding his clients, Derek dedicates time to educating customers on design, materials, and layouts to ensure every project is tailored to their needs. He personally accompanies clients on shopping trips to find the perfect products, making the remodeling process seamless and customized from start to finish.
